1. General Refund Eligibility

49 Funded offers refunds for purchases of demo trading accounts under the following conditions:

Cancellation within 14 days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (UAE cooling-off period for digital products), provided you have not:

Activated or used the demo account.

Violated our Terms of Service.

Technical failures: If our platform prevents access to your demo account due to a verified system error, you may request a refund within 7 days of reporting the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

The demo account was accessed, shared, or used for trading.

The refund request is made after 14 days of purchase.

The request stems from user error (e.g., forgotten passwords, device incompatibility).

3. Refund Process

Request submission: Email refund requests to [email protected] within the eligible period, including:

Order number.

Reason for refund.

Proof of non-use (e.g., unused account logs).

Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days (for card payments) or 14 days (for other methods) per CBUAE rules.

Refund method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized transactions must be reported within 120 days for UAE-issued cards.

False chargebacks will result in account termination and legal action.
